The Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro is responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering skilled physical therapy services to patients with neurological conditions in an outpatient setting. This role focuses on improving patient mobility, independence, and overall functional outcomes through individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy for neurological conditions and disabilities

Improve patient mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment accordingly

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with clinical and safety standards
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Oregon Physical Therapist License - Required upon hire

BLS Certification (American Heart Association) - Required within 30 days of hire

Experience in outpatient or neuro rehabilitation preferred

Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in neurological rehabilitation (stroke, spinal cord injury, etc.)

Outpatient therapy experience

Strong patient communication and care coordination skills
