Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to enhance recovery and mobility.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in physical therapy.
Participate in community outreach programs to promote physical health.

Requirements:

Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.

Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred.
