• Job Type: Permanent/Full-Time

• Setting: SNF

• Schedule: 35-40 hours per week; Mon-Fri (Weekend rotation)

• Pay Rate: $41-$50 per hour w/ some flexibility (depending on the experience)

• Requirements & Other Details:

  Active state license required

  Graduate of an accredited therapy program

  Minimum 2 years of recent experience preferred

  Small CCRC with 58 bed SNF. Short term Care, Long-term Care, Med B (outpatient for Assisted living and Independent living residents).
