Pay Rate: Up to $54 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized physical therapy programs in compliance with long-term care guidelines.

• Collaborate with administration, medical, nursing, and other departments to coordinate therapy services.

• Maintain high physical therapy standards, ensuring quality care for all residents.

• Oversee and manage the physical therapy department, including staffing and recruitment.

• Provide training, mentorship, and support to new and less experienced personnel.

• Conduct patient evaluations, tests, and measurements to assess function and develop treatment plans.

• Administer physical therapy treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.

• Document patient evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and other required reports accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active Physical Therapy license in Florida.

• Experience in skilled healthcare, hospital, or related healthcare settings is required.
