What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and movement-related conditions
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based interventions to reduce pain and restore function
  • Reassess progress and modify plans to meet patient goals
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and long-term wellness
  • Develop discharge plans that support sustained recovery
  • Document care accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral partners, and internal team members
  • Participate in injury prevention screenings, functional testing, and workplace programs
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (required)
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (but we’ll talk to the right candidate)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a small-clinic setting
  • Patient-focused, adaptable, and collaborative

Education & Licensure

  • Oregon Physical Therapist license required
  • Certificate to practice without referral preferred

Pay: $42.92 - $64.38 per hour
