Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing hands-on, evidence-based care to help patients restore function and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions
• Collaborate with other staff
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate, timely, and Medicare-compliant documentation
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs

Qualifications:

• degree from an accredited program
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license (Required)
• Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
