Location: Lockney, Texas (Onsite)

Work Type: Contract (8-13 Weeks)

Hours: Flexible (36-40 Hours per Week)

Schedule Options:

• 5 × 8-hour days
• 4 × 9-hour days + 1 × 4-hour day
• 4 × 10-hour days
  
  

Weekend Coverage:

• On-call / standby: 1-2 weekends per month
• Notification by Friday 5:00 PM
• Flexibility to choose day/time if needed
• Weekend work required :30-50% of the time
  
  

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for delivering patient-centered care across outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed (SWB) settings.

This role includes one-on-one outpatient care and inpatient evaluations, offering a flexible schedule and diverse patient exposure.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• Active Texas Physical Therapist License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient therapy settings
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation and patient care practices
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in swing bed (SWB) or SNF settings
• Ability to manage one-on-one patient care (45-minute sessions)
• Strong patient care and communication skills
  
  

Work Environment

• Outpatient Clinic (Primary - one-on-one care)
• Inpatient / Swing Bed Unit (evaluations primarily)
• Onsite role in Lockney, TX
• Flexible, team-oriented clinical setting
