We are currently recruiting for a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team!

Duties and Responsibilities: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Provide appropriate treatment to help residents maintain or attain the highest level of function possible within the confines of his/her physical abilities
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications and Skills: Physical Therapist (PT)

• Current PT certification in the state of Wisconsin
• Professional enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated
• Shows initiative in daily work
