We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract opportunity at a Skilled Nursing facility in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.

• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.

• Collaborate effectively as a team member and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active state Physical Therapist license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates with skilled nursing clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.

• BLS Certification.

Job Specifics

• 2606+ per week gross

• Weekly guarantee of hours

• Sunday - Thursday schedule
