Physical Therapy Aide

The Physical Therapy Aide position involves working with and assisting a licensed Physical Therapist with monitoring therapeutic exercise protocols for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. The aide is required to instruct and interact with a variety of people of all age groups.

The Physical Therapy Aide is a part-time at-will position that requires general knowledge of:

• Human Anatomy
• Exercise Strength and Conditioning
• Health Promotion
• Customer Service

The Physical Therapy Aide will also assist with cleaning equipment, setting up modalities, and general maintenance of the facility. We pride ourselves on providing the best possible service in a clean and safe environment.

Additional Dual-Role Duties (Patient Care Coordinator – paid at $18.50/hour once trained):

• Schedule appointments, manage patient intake/outtake, and handle phone/email communications
• Verify insurance, process paperwork, and coordinate care plans
• Provide excellent front-desk customer service and support clinic operations

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude – must show up and get things done
• Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical setting with physical tasks (standing, lifting light equipment, etc.)
• Basic computer skills (scheduling software, EMR – we’ll train)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
