Job Duties:

• Assist patients with physical therapy needs
• Provides services within scope of practice and in accordance with plan of care
• Observe/report patient's response to treatment along with any changes in his/her condition to PT or RN
• Prepare clinical and/or progress notes for each visit
• Guide patient in use of therapeutic, creative and self-care activity for the purpose of improving function

Qualifications:

• Current Louisiana PTA license required
• CPR certification
• 1 year experience as a licensed PTA required
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation to visit patients
• Home Health experience preferred
