Join Our Rehabilitation Team!

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant's (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist to help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function—enhancing their quality of life every day.

What You’ll Do

Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
Provide hands-on therapy including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, stretching, and strengthening
Assist residents with gait training and use of assistive devices (walkers, canes, etc.)
Monitor resident progress and document therapy services accurately
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
Participate in care planning and discharge planning meetings
Ensure compliance with state practice acts and facility policies

What We’re Looking For

Current, valid PTA license in the state of employment
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
Ability to meet physical demands of the position (standing, lifting, bending, assisting residents with mobility)
