Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Full Time

The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to join our wonderful in-house therapy team!

Physical Therapist Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of a PT according to state practice guidelines.

• The Physical Therapy assistant will document progress in daily treatment notes and complete all required documentation as indicated by state guidelines.

• Document their treatments and follow up with interdisciplinary team members for best practice.

• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.

• Physical Therapy Assistant will monitor their treatments as indicated by the physician orders.

• Participate in implementation of resident care plans.

• Will work with interdisciplinary team to improve residents quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Education/Experience

• Must provide current license and/or registration as Physical Therapist Assistant.
