Position: Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)
Location: Greenfield, MA
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility
Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Guaranteed 32 hours (expect 40 hours/week)

Pay Range: $1,400 – $1,404/week

✨ What You’ll Do:

Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
Monitor and document patient progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Active PTA license (MA)
Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
