Intune Physical Therapy is a growing company and has partnered with Spero Rehab to offer physical therapy services to patients in the Austin and Houston, TX areas. With over 14 years of experience and seven clinic locations, Spero Rehab specializes in neurological rehabilitation, orthopedic care, sports injury rehabilitation, pelvic floor therapy, and aquatic therapy. You will be an employee of Intune PT which is doing business as Spero Rehab in this market.

Physical Therapy Technician | Spero Rehab

Spero Rehab is looking for a motivated, compassionate and energetic Therapy Technician who’s excited to support our therapists and help patients feel empowered in their recovery. This role offers hands‑on clinical experience that strengthens your foundation for future PT or OT school, giving you direct exposure to patient care, functional exercise, and the day‑to‑day flow of an outpatient clinic. At Spero Rehab, we believe our techs are the next generation of therapists, and we’re passionate about mentoring them as they prepare for PT or OT school.

Responsibilities

• Assist PTs and OTs with patient care under supervision
• Guide patients through exercises
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment
• Maintain clinic organization, supplies, and laundry
• Support front desk tasks as needed
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Interested in physical or occupational therapy preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare, fitness, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
