What You’ll Do

• Provide high-quality adult primary care via video and asynchronous telemedicine (36 clinical hours/week)
• Treat a diverse patient population, including Medicare and Medicaid patients
• Collaborate with an internal network of subspecialists
• Use AI-powered workflows (scribe tools, automated routing, integrated notes) to improve efficiency
• Help build clinical guidelines, quality standards, and operational processes as an early team member

Practice Model

• Platforms: Athena (EMR), Zoom, Zendesk, Slack, Nabla (AI scribe)
• Visit Types: 20-minute video visits + asynchronous chat/triage
• Schedule: Flexible 4–6 hour shifts (Monday–Friday, with future evenings/weekends)
• Scope: Adult medicine only

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• At least 1 year of telehealth experience (required)
• Licensed in multiple states covering ~40% of the U.S. population, including at least two of the following: CA, TX, FL, NY
• U.S.-trained physician (MD/DO) — no Caribbean medical schools
• Comfortable using modern tools (Athena, Slack, Zoom, etc.) and interested in leveraging AI in clinical workflows
• Strong communication skills across both video and written patient interactions
