Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Doctor Coordinator who will act as the communication bridge between patients and doctors. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage patient calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle patient calls professionally and courteously.
• Coordinate between patients and doctors for appointments, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and doctor schedules.
• Assist doctors in managing their daily appointments and time slots.
• Provide excellent service and ensure patient satisfaction through smooth communication.
• Handle queries related to treatments, timings, or procedures as guided by the doctor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in coordination, hospital administration, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must).
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
• Professional, confident, and patient-centric attitude.
