We’re hiring an Inpatient Physician Assistant for a highly desirable schedule:

• 7 days on / 7 days off
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM only
• No nights
• Predictable, consistent daytime hours

Work half the year. Be fully off every other week. And when you’re on you’re home for dinner.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct inpatient medical rounding
• Participate in collaborative team rounding
• Manage patient care plans
• Complete daily documentation, notes, and charts
• Ensure quality and continuity of care throughout hospitalization

You’ll work alongside a supportive medical team in a structured inpatient environment where your clinical judgment matters.

What You’ll Need

• Licensed Physician Assistant
• Active Montana Medical License
• Prior inpatient experience required
• Strong documentation skills
• Team-oriented mindset
