Physician Assistant

RT Clinics is expanding and seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team.
This role will focus on providing care for patients receiving Spravato® and TMS treatments, along with general outpatient psychiatric services.

No prior psychiatric experience required — full training provided.
New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, follow-ups, and medication management
• Oversee Spravato and TMS treatment sessions
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and clinical staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

Qualifications:

• Licensed/eligible Physician Assistant in Ohio
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Pay: $107,259.64 - $120,172.90 per year
