Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Looking for a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner for an endocrinology privately owned small practice in North Scottsdale.

• Office is open to see patients Tuesday to Friday.
• Full time only
• Candidate should be able to provide patient services to adults in the field of endocrinology only
• Candidate should be able to perform patient assessments, diagnosis & treatment plans, perform physical examinations, consultations, patient counseling/education as well as ordering and interpreting test results and sending prescriptions
• Types of patient care: Diabetes, Thyroid, Osteo, Hormones, Abnormal labs, Weight loss.

Education and Licensure:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program and passage of board-approved certifying exam
• Must possess a license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona.
• DEA

Experience:

• At least 1-2 year's of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in internal medicine, family practice or endocrinology
• Endocrinology Experience a plus
• ECW-EMR experience a plus
