We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Certified to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to inform diagnostic and treatment plans.
• Assist in diagnostic evaluation processes utilizing EMR systems such as Practice Fusion to document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists in clinical research trials, clinical trials documentation, and data collection to advance medical knowledge.
• Coordinate discharge planning, post-acute care, hospice & palliative medicine services, ensuring seamless patient transitions across care settings.

Skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems including Practice Fusion; experience with data management and medical records documentation.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for billing purposes.
• Skilled in performing physical examinations, diagnostic evaluations, and patient assessments across diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult patients.
• Adept at infection control practices, knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations for patient privacy compliance.
• Excellent communication skills for health coaching, addiction counseling referrals, discharge instructions, and interdisciplinary team collaboration. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
