Position Description

Join our growing surgical otolaryngology practice at an exciting time of expansion. We are seeking an experienced, highly skilled PA-C to join our collaborative team of 5 physicians and 1 audiologist. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the development of this role while providing comprehensive ENT care across all age groups in both clinical and surgical settings.

Hours: Mon-Fri. 8:30am – 5:00pm; participation in call coverage rotation

Position Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage new and established patients independently across all age groups (birth to 100+ years), including special needs patients
  • Perform in-office procedures
  • High-volume office setting
  • Surgical assist

Position Requirements

  • Current PA-C certification
  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant by the PA Board of Medicine.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing PA-C, 5+ years preferred
  • Experience in otolaryngology or surgical specialty strongly preferred
  • Comfort treating patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative practice approach
  • Strong clinical skills and procedural competency
