Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, patient assessments, and vital signs documentation to establish accurate diagnoses.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging, laboratory tests, and other clinical procedures; interpret results to guide treatment plans.
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate medical records management and data collection.
• Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of medical records while managing intake processes and discharge planning efficiently. Pay: $50,000.00 - $130,017.83 per year

License/Certification:
