**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Physician Liaison to join our team. A successful candidate will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians, medical offices, and other healthcare providers by promoting Metrolina Eye's services and fostering increased collaboration to enhance patient care.

**Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute strategic plans to build and strengthen relationships with referring physicians, medical professionals, and patients.
• Identify and target key referral sources, including primary care physicians, optometrists, and other specialists.
• Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, and educational events to promote Metrolina Eye Associates' services and address concerns.
• Act as a resource for referring physicians, providing information about our practice, procedures, and patient care pathways.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including physicians, marketing, managers, and referral coordinators to ensure seamless communication of patient referrals.
• Monitor and analyze referral patterns, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, referrals, and outreach activities using CRM software or other tools.
• Comfortable working and/or coordinating local community and company events to promote the practice

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field (preferred).

Previous experience in healthcare sales, business development, or physician relations.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives.

Knowledge of eye care terminology and procedures (preferred).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Social Media, and CRM software.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
