Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Gastroenterologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services as a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist
• Work alongside a highly skilled team including RNs, LPNs, MAs, pharmacy professionals, and clerical support
• Collaborate with a dynamic group of 7 Gastroenterologists and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
• Maintain board certification in Gastroenterology specialty or become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
• Maintain valid state licensure and DEA registration
• Maintain current BLS certification and recertification
• Participate in continuing medical education activities
• Adhere to professional standards and organizational policies
• Contribute to a family-oriented, collaborative practice culture
• Provide quality patient care in gastroenterology specialty services

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Gastroenterologists experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
