Physician (MD) - Gastroenterologists
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $520,000 annually
Shift: Days Traditional Monday-Friday clinic schedule + On Call
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Gastroenterologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Practice gastroenterology on one hospital campus with a blend of outpatient office, endoscopy, and inpatient coverage
- Provide consultative hospital services to patients
- Deliver quality care in a patient-centered, team-based environment
- Utilize EMR - EPIC system for patient documentation
- Work with dedicated APP support team
- Take call at a 1:4 ratio, including some weekends
- Serve established referral base within medical group, ACO and community partners
- Perform endoscopic procedures and advanced endoscopy when applicable
- Provide both inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology services
- Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
- Maintain Ohio medical license
- Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Participate in continuing medical education activities
- Collaborate with onsite lab and x-ray services for patient care
Qualifications:
- Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Gastroenterologists experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
