Completion of residency in Neurology. The successful candidate will have experience in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with neurological conditions and a proven record of excellent clinical care.

Required License/Registration/Certification
Eligible for Kentucky Medical licensure.

Job Summary
The Department of Neurology College of Medicine is recruiting for a faculty member with training in Neuro-Ophalmology Medicine to support the Department. This position will allow for the provision of outpatient therapeutic services and inpatient coverage. The faculty member in this position will report to the Chairman of the Department of Neurology.

The primary responsibilities for this position will be: participate in clinical teaching activities and provide direct or consultative neurological care for patients (adults and/or children) with neurological illness in outpatient and/or outreach clinics as negotiated with the Department Chair. In addition, this position will attend on the Neurology (adult and/or pediatric) inpatient ward and/or consultative services and/or provide coverage for other faculty, and acquire and improve skills in research and teaching pertinent to future leadership roles in Academic Medicine.
