Job Title: Physician Recruiter
Compensation: $70,000-80,000 base + performance based commission
Job Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Marketing Officer, the Physician Recruiter plans, creates and coordinates strategic initiatives that support the sufficient long-term supply of high-quality Physicians for U.S. Dermatology Partners locations. This position supports the organization’s efforts to attract and retain great physicians, PA’s and Nurse Practitioners across all of current and future markets. Core responsibility includes developing a recruiting pipeline of physician prospects for the physician recruiting manager to hire. This position is responsible for producing a high volume of recruiting leads and contacts in order to find physicians that have potential to be a good fit for the organization and is accountable for the new hire results via quality of the developed pipeline. Recruiter will identify competitive issues, market compensation when available and growth opportunities and presents this information to management.
In addition, this role works with newly recruited physicians to facilitate onboarding and ensure a seamless transition. The Physician Recruiter will interact with leadership, client organizations and colleagues to create and deliver strategic recruitment initiatives that result in successful Physician recruitment and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Sources physician candidates by writing job descriptions, posting positions on career sites, sending emails, mailers, cold calls, networking, researching residency sites, attend and plan residency recruiting dinners, outbound calls, and networking with other candidates and internal physicians

Develops a comprehensive data base of practice dermatologists and residents to enable use to find the right match for future opportunities

Conducts initial phone interviews to determine fit for organization

Schedules and facilitates physician site visits, itinerary, and attend as needed

Compiles feedback from visit to determine top candidates

Serve as the main point of contact with newly recruited physicians and help with on boarding process by facilitating introductions with credentialing, human resources and regional clinical and operation leaders

Acts as a liaison with employed physicians to help facilitate and assist when questions or issues arise

Leads projects for initiatives that would help reduce questions or issues when trends are uncovered to increase physician satisfaction

Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service.

Experience Requirements

Experience in recruiting several opportunities, across multiple geographic markets simultaneously (Required)

Experience sourcing physicians from on-line recruiting websites (Required)

Experience with Practice Match, Practice Link, SalesForce and LinkedIn Recruiter (strongly preferred)

Experience working directly with physicians in an articulate fashion (Required)
