Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and review of systems.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory work, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications, performing procedures, and providing patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Provide health coaching and counseling to patients on disease prevention, and management.

Requirements
- Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practioner program.
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes.
- Strong knowledge of medical systems and electronic health record platforms.
- Experience with various medical procedures.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess complex medical situations and make appropriate decisions.

Pay: $107,096.00 - $112,758.00 per year
