Job Description

SAVPM Junior College is looking for a committed and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to teach students at the junior college level and help build strong conceptual understanding and academic performance. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, student mentoring, and academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Physics as per State Board / CBSE / University-approved syllabus
• Prepare lesson plans, notes, and teaching aids
• Conduct theory lectures and practical/lab sessions
• Prepare students for internal assessments, board exams, and competitive exams
• Evaluate answer sheets, assignments, and practical records
• Provide academic mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions
• Participate in academic planning, exams, and institutional activities
• Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in classrooms and labs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to speak in english and marathi
• Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity
• Good communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to explain concepts in a student-friendly manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience at Junior College (11th–12th) level
