- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions through detailed examinations and diagnostic tests. Assess movement, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Set measurable goals for patient progress and recovery.
- Administer a range of therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities (e.g., heat, cold, ultrasound), and assistive devices to help patients recover.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and strategies for self-management. Provide advice on lifestyle modifications to prevent recurrence of injuries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Assist patients in regaining their functional abilities and achieving their personal goals. Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
- Promote health and wellness strategies to prevent injuries and improve physical performance. Provide guidance on proper body mechanics and ergonomics.
- Stay current with the latest research, techniques, and advancements in physiotherapy. Participate in ongoing education and training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Experience Minimum 2 Year
- Valid state or national license to practice as a physiotherapist.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to patient care, including lifting and assisting patients.
