Physiotherapist

Job Purpose:

To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized physiotherapy treatment programs for patients, promoting mobility, function, and quality of life, while preventing complications and optimizing recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

o Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including physical, functional, and musculoskeletal evaluations.

o Identify movement limitations, pain sources, and risk of falls.

o Review medical history and current medications in collaboration with physicians.

o Develop individualized physiotherapy care plans based on assessment findings.

o Provide interventions including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, gait training and functional mobility training.

o Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.

o Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the home care EMR system.

o Communicate patient progress to the multidisciplinary team and physician as required.

o Instruct patients and caregivers in home exercise programs for mobility, positioning, and daily activities

o Provide advice on ergonomics, fall prevention, posture, and mobility aids.

o Work closely with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other home care team members.

o Participate in case conferences, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.

o Stay updated with latest evidence-based physiotherapy practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Licensed physiotherapist (DHA)
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills for patient education and professional collaboration.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience
• Excellent communication, assessment, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
