Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with physical difficulties resulting from injury, illness, aging, or disability. You will play a vital role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and achieve optimal physical function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical abilities through evaluative procedures and functional testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs.
• Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and other techniques as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution.
• Valid license or registration with the appropriate regulatory board (as applicable).
• Proven experience (1–3 years preferred, depending on level).
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary physiotherapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RO400.000 - RO500.000 per month
