About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our growing healthcare team in Kothrud. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, excellent patient management skills, and a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal physical health and recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop customized physiotherapy plans.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy as required.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Guide junior physiotherapists and support staff in daily operations.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and post-treatment care.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic, patient-focused approach with attention to detail.
