  • Conduct detailed physical and functional assessments to diagnose movement dysfunctions and pain-related conditions.
  • Design and implement individualized treatment programs aimed at improving strength, flexibility, posture, and mobility.
  • Provide advanced therapy sessions including manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation practices.
  • Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes, modifying therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors, wellness consultants, and other therapists to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
  • Educate patients on posture correction, ergonomic practices, and preventive exercises to avoid recurring injuries.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism within the therapy area.
  • Participate in wellness awareness programs, staff workshops, and client education initiatives.
  • Keep updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques, wellness practices, and rehabilitation technologies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) from a recognized institution.
  • Valid license or registration with the relevant Physiotherapy Council.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in physiotherapy, preferably in a wellness retreat, hospital, or rehabilitation center.
  • Experience in holistic therapy, postural correction, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
