Job Summary

The Physiotherapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and delivering rehabilitation programs for patients with orthopedic conditions. The role focuses should be on:

  • Pain management
  • Functional recovery
  • Pre-operative conditioning
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Prevention of musculoskeletal disorders

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapy for patients with orthopedic conditions such as fractures, arthritis, post-surgical cases (TKR, THR, Arthroscopy, spine surgery), sports injuries, spine disorders and other othro related problems.
  • Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on diagnosis and surgeon’s protocol.
  • Provide Physical Therapy with Ultrasonic/IFT/TENS/Laser therapy, Kinesiology with Guaranteed Result in Short Period.
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
  • Educate patients on posture correction, home exercise programs, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
  • Assist in pre-operative conditioning and post-operative rehabilitation.
  • Work closely with orthopedic surgeons and clinic staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Explain treatment plans and recovery timelines to patients and caregivers.
  • Motivate patients for compliance with therapy and rehabilitation goals.
  • Handle patient queries professionally and empathetically.

Educational Qualification:

Master of Physiotherapy(MPT).

Minimum 2+ years of experience preferably working with orthopedic doctor/clinic.
