Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

• Deliver one-on-one physiotherapy treatments with high clinical standards and professionalism

• Assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques

• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans accordingly

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Build strong patient relationships and ensure high retention rates

• Provide sports massage therapy as part of treatment and recovery plans

Business Development & Patient Growth

• Proactively engage in business development during non-peak hours

• Build community relationships and generate new patient leads through education and visibility

Marketing & Content Engagement

• Contribute to clinic content strategy through:

• Monthly blog contributions

• Social media videos (educational/promotional)

• Sharing case studies, patient success stories, and health tips

• Collaborate with the marketing team to grow personal and clinic presence

Team & Compliance

• Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance patient outcomes

• Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations and inspection readiness

• Support and mentor junior staff when required
