Physiotherapist Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the physiotherapy department.
• Supervise physiotherapists and support staff, ensuring quality patient care.
• Plan, assign, and monitor physiotherapy treatments for OPD, IPD, and home-care patients.
• Handle and coordinate home-care physiotherapy visits, including scheduling, assigning therapists, and ensuring timely service.
• Conduct home visits when required and ensure proper documentation of each visit.
• Evaluate patient conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure all therapy equipment is properly maintained and safely used.
• Maintain patient records, progress notes, and treatment reports.
• Provide training and guidance to junior physiotherapists.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and professional ethics.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, and other departments for smooth patient care.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and take action to improve service quality.
• Prepare weekly/monthly departmental reports.

Qualifcation Required : BPT or MPT

Experience : 10 to 15 yrs
