Physiotherapist - Oman

One of our clients, a leading healthcare provider in Oman, is seeking 25 skilled Physiotherapists to join their team immediately for permanent hiring.

We are looking for physiotherapists to work across our client’s Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre, which provides multidisciplinary rehabilitation services to individuals with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions.

Our client’s team is expanding, and we are seeking compassionate and skilled physiotherapists who are dedicated to improving patient outcomes and delivering high-quality care.

Location: Oman
Contract: Permanent
Salary: 450–600 OMR / 4,000–5,500 QAR
Language Proficiency: Tagalog and Arabic Speakers

Role Overview:
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing multidisciplinary rehabilitation services to patients with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions at our client’s Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre in Oman. The role involves delivering high-quality care, supporting patient recovery, and contributing to improved patient outcomes as part of a compassionate and skilled team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT)
• Valid registration/license from the relevant physiotherapy board
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (experience in neuro or robotic rehab is a plus)
• Proficiency in Tagalog and Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide physiotherapy treatments for patients with neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric conditions.
• Deliver multidisciplinary rehabilitation services in collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and their families regarding exercises, mobility, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest physiotherapy practices.
• Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment that supports the hospital and rehabilitation center’s mission.
