Physiotherapy Specialist

Amer Care Home Healthcare is seeking a qualified Physiotherapy Specialist to provide professional rehabilitation and physiotherapy services to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct physiotherapy assessments and evaluate patients’ physical conditions.

* Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.

* Provide physiotherapy treatments for neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, and post-operative cases.

* Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

* Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.

* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records.

* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

* Ensure compliance with clinical standards, company policies, and healthcare regulations.

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome monitoring.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Physical Therapy.

* Valid SCFHS registration and professional classification.

* Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills.

* Excellent communication and patient care skills.

* Ability to work independently in a home healthcare setting.

* Home healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

* Valid driving license is preferred.
