PI DUCT FABRICATOR

A PI Duct Fabricator is responsible for the fabrication, cutting, bending, assembling, and installation of Pre-Insulated (PI) ducts used in HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret ducting layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate PI ducts using appropriate tools and machines.
• Assemble ducts with proper sealing, insulation, and finishing to meet project standards.
• Ensure accurate alignment, dimensions, and finishing for site installation.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and installation teams.
• Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness in the fabrication workshop.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PI duct fabrication.
• Knowledge of ducting standards, insulation, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use fabrication tools (cutters, grooving machines, bending tools, etc.).
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Salary Range (UAE/GCC): AED 1500 – 2000 + Accommodation, Kitchen Facility & Transportation (as per company policy)
