Picker & Packer (Warehouse)

Job Title: Picker & Packer

Salary Bracket: (Basic 25,000 + Over time)

Age: 18 to 25

Timings: 10 hours (Rotational Shift)

Location: DHA, Clifton & Bahadurabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists with 100% accuracy.
• Pack, label, and prepare orders for dispatch while ensuring product safety and quality.
• Maintain proper handling and storage of all products to avoid damage or loss.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
• Update inventory systems after picking and packing tasks to ensure stock accuracy.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures for product movement.
• Perform daily housekeeping to keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clutter-free.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor for task updates and order priorities.
• Conduct physical stock counts when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse SOPs.

Requirements:

• Minimum Matriculation or equivalent education.
• Prior warehouse or retail experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of handling inventory and stock management.
• Physically fit and able to lift, move, and carry goods as required.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet order deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and teamwork skills.
