About the Role

We are seeking a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our client's growing wellness team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality Pilates sessions (mat and equipment-based), promote a positive member experience, and support the center’s mission of improving health, fitness, and overall well-being. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group Pilates classes, including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and other apparatus-based sessions.
  • Design personalized training programs based on clients’ fitness levels, health conditions, and goals.
  • Instruct clients on proper form, technique, breathing, and alignment to ensure safety and effectiveness.
  • Perform fitness assessments, track client progress, and adjust programs as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive and motivating environment.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of all Pilates equipment and studio space.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and education to clients on fitness and wellness best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to support wellness programs, workshops, and member engagement activities.
  • Uphold professional ethics, punctuality, and adherence to center policies and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Certified Pilates Instructor from a recognised institution (e.g., STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body, Polestar, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Pilates instruction (mat and equipment).
  • Experience working with diverse fitness levels, special populations, or rehabilitation-focused clients preferred.
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching style to client needs and cultural sensitivities.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

Work Schedule
