Pile Operator / Driver for Foundation Drilling Machine and Crawler Crane Pile Operator / Driver for

As a Machine Operator you will be supervising large piling project and operating pile machine in a fast paced and demanding environment on generally large project and will be reporting to the Site Engineer.

You will be responsible for managing your own team, supervision of piling works, monitoring quality and safety on the project, making sure that production targets are met through motivation of your site based team.

You are also responsible for operating and on time maintenance of the Pile Machine (Zoom line).

Requirements

The successful candidate will bring to the role:

Proven experience in operating foundation drilling machines and crawler cranes.

5 years + site based experience

Ability to work in a demanding environment in challenging conditions.

Having Driving License/ License operating a Pile machine is mandatory

Knowledge of safety regulations and site procedures.

Responsible, committed, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Operating and maintaining the machine

Supervises their crews within their specific area or portion of the project

Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers while communicating and coordinating schedules with other trades

Read specifications, such as plans to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures

Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment

Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports

Provide assistance to workers engaged in construction or extraction activities, using hand tools or other equipment

Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met

Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment

Train and supervise workers on company policies, safety practices, regulations and procedures
