Piling & Shoring Project Engineer

Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for Piling & Shoring Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise enabling works projects including: Piling works, Shoring and excavation support systems, Dewatering systems (DW) and Soil improvement techniques.
• Plan, coordinate, and control all site activities to ensure project completion within schedule and budget.
• Review and approve method statements, technical drawings, and project plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and local regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management.
• Manage project risks, variations, and cost control.
• Lead site teams, including engineers and supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5 - 8 years of experience in enabling works (piling, shoring, dewatering, soil improvement)
• Strong knowledge of ground engineering and site execution
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
