Job Description:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Pinterest Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Pinterest Ads Manager, audience targeting, creative optimization, and e-commerce or lead generation funnels.This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, creative eye for visuals, and analytical skills to deliver high-performing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage Pinterest ad campaigns including brand awareness, traffic, conversions, and catalog sales.
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to target ideal customer groups.
- Optimize ad creatives, pins, and boards to improve CTR and conversion rates.
- Manage and maintain Pinterest product catalogs and shopping ads.
- Conduct A/B testing for creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on Pinterest Ads policies, new features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure ad creatives align with brand voice and audience expectations.
- Integrate Pinterest advertising with wider marketing campaigns (e.g., retargeting via Meta or Google Ads).
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of proven experience in Pinterest Ads or social media advertising.
- Experience with Pinterest Ads Manager, catalog setup, and tracking pixels.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of Pinterest user behavior, trends, and platform algorithms.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and campaign attribution.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Creative eye for visual storytelling, pin design, and engaging ad copy.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Understanding of e-commerce funnels and performance marketing strategies.
