Pipe Fabricator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Fabricator to join our oil & gas operations in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fabricating and assembling piping systems according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in industrial environments including workshops, construction sites, and offshore facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and work from piping isometric drawings, spool drawings, and P&IDs.
• Measure, cut, bevel, and prepare pipes for fit-up and welding using various tools and machinery.
• Fabricate pipe spools from carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy materials.
• Carry out fit-up of pipe joints using tack welding or clamps, ensuring alignment and tolerance control.
• Operate tools such as pipe threading machines, grinders, pipe benders, and cutting torches.
• Collaborate with welders, fitters, and quality inspectors to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Follow safety standards, permit-to-work systems, and company HSE guidelines.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper use of fabrication equipment.
