Pipe Fitter- HVAC

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pipefitter with hands-on experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems. The candidate will be responsible for installation, assembly, testing, and maintenance of chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, drainage piping, and other HVAC-related piping systems in construction projects. Candidates with prior experience in HVAC installation companies or MEP contracting companies will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and assemble HVAC piping systems including chilled water pipes, condenser water pipes, refrigerant copper piping, drainage piping, and insulation preparation.
• Read and interpret HVAC drawings, MEP layouts, shop drawings, and installation plans.
• Measure, cut, thread, groove, weld, and fit pipes according to project specifications.
• Install pipe supports, clamps, hangers, valves, fittings, flanges, and accessories.
• Carry out installation of piping connections for AHU (Air Handling Units), FCU (Fan Coil Units), Chillers, Pumps, and Condensing Units.
• Perform pressure testing, leakage testing, flushing, and commissioning support for HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors and engineers to complete installation work as per approved drawings and project schedule.
• Repair and maintain HVAC piping systems when required.
• Ensure proper alignment, slope, and installation standards are maintained during execution.
• Follow site safety procedures and maintain compliance with company HSE standards.
• Report material requirements, technical issues, and work progress to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Pipefitter with HVAC system installation experience.
• Experience working in MEP contracting companies, HVAC companies, or construction companies is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems and related piping works including:
• Chilled Water Piping
• Refrigerant Copper Piping
• Condenser Water Piping
• Drainage Piping
• Pump and Chiller Connections
• AHU / FCU Installation Connections
• Ability to read and understand technical and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with installation standards and pressure testing procedures.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• ITI / Technical certification in Pipefitting, Mechanical, or related trade.
• Experience in large-scale HVAC or MEP projects.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
