PIPE FITTER SUPERVISOR (PIPING FOREMAN)

Job Purpose: Coordinate piping fabrication, material allocation, and field installation for process gas, lube oil, and utility systems, ensuring high-quality fit-up for 100% X-ray/NDT compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Coordination: Interface with the Material Manager to allocate piping components, spools, and supports to specific workfronts.
• Work Package Management: Prepare and distribute piping work packages and isometric drawings to fitters and welders.
• Execution Control: Supervise piping fabrication and installation per ASME B31.3 standards.
• Quality & Traceability: Ensure strict adherence to weld traceability, joint identification, and WPS/PQR requirements.
• Testing Support: Coordinate the preparation for hydrostatic and leak testing, including the installation of test blinds and gauges.
• Productivity Tracking: Track daily progress, weld repair rates, and overall crew productivity against the project schedule.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years of piping coordination/supervision in KSA oil & gas refineries.
• Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of ASME B31.3, welding requirements, and piping isometrics.
• Safety: H2S and Hot Work certifications for live refinery environments.
• Status: Transferable Iqama.
