Picture your day starting on the manufacturing floor, moving materials safely and efficiently so production never skips a beat. You’ll be the go-to teammate who caps threaded pipe, measures and labels inventory, moves product by forklift, and keeps critical spares ready to go. Your work keeps lines running and customers satisfied.
- Material care: Apply compound and protective plastic caps to threaded pipe to prevent damage in transit and storage.
- Measuring and labeling: Measure pipes on the floor and accurately label each with identifying details to maintain clear tracking.
- Equipment use: Safely operate small mobile equipment (including forklifts) to move materials throughout the facility.
- General support: Stack wood for pipe rack storage, tidy and organize work areas, and jump in on other tasks as needed.
- Safety first: Follow all procedures and promptly report hazards or incidents to your supervisor.
- Inventory, shipping & receiving: Receive and deliver parts and materials, organize and manage critical spare parts in the warehouse, maintain PPE/noncritical item levels above safety stock, ship couplings and protectors to customers, and stage materials so manufacturing lines can run smoothly.
- Starting pay of $18.46 per hour, with advancement opportunities up to $32.88 per hour.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Comfort with an industrial schedule, including overtime (rotating every 3 months or fixed 8–12 hour shift work that includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays); ability to stay later into the next shift if relief calls off.
- A strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures at all times.
- Ability to work around hot, heavy, or sharp materials and hazardous chemicals.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift in excess of 25 lbs.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
- Familiarity with forklifts or other small mobile equipment.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- Industrial setting with varying temperatures, noise levels, and potential exposure to hazardous materials.
- PPE provided and required at all times.
You should be proficient in: Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
